Who Am I?
I am a registered psychologist with experience in hospital settings where I have worked with people experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment issues, stress, anger, relationship difficulties, and attachment issues. I am passionate about working with people to improve their relationships, navigate the journey of parenthood, and address co-parenting difficulties. I have a particular interest in working with new fathers and helping them navigate their changing role.
I primarily use an interpersonal, attachment-informed approach. I also draw from various evidence-based therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), schema therapy, and interpersonal-neurobiology.
First contact with a psychologist can be difficult and building a therapeutic relationship is crucial for successful treatment. It is my goal to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which you can express your feelings and thoughts.
